Flat to slightly up. Redfin's median sale price for the 3 months ending August 2026 was about $735,000 in Temecula, up 0.6% from a year earlier, and homes sold in a median 40 days at 99.7% of list price. Murrieta slipped 2.0% to about $655,000, and Menifee held near $575,000.
