Everything on this site is general information about real estate in Southwest Riverside County. It is not legal, tax, financial, appraisal, engineering or investment advice, and it is not a substitute for professional inspection or independent verification. Market data, price ranges, tax rates, assessment amounts, school information, commute times and development plans change, and figures on this site may be out of date by the time you read them. Confirm anything you intend to rely on.

Third-party marks, including RealTrends and REALTOR®, belong to their respective owners.

6. Acceptable use

You agree not to use this site to break the law, to harvest contact information, to run automated scraping or bulk downloads, to attempt to gain unauthorized access to any system, to interfere with the site's operation, or to submit false information or someone else's contact details without their permission.

7. Third-party links and services

This site links to and embeds third-party services, including listing search, video and review platforms. We do not control those services, we are not responsible for their content or their privacy practices, and a link is not an endorsement.
