This website is operated by HomeBliss Real Estate, a real estate team led by Jonathan Hernandez, REALTOR®, California DRE #02138316, brokered by Real Brokerage Technologies, Inc., California DRE #02022092. In this policy, "we", "us" and "our" refer to HomeBliss Real Estate.

This policy applies to homeblissre.com and to information you give us through this site. Your transaction may also be governed by privacy notices issued by our brokerage, by a multiple listing service, or by a lender, title company or escrow company you choose to work with.

2. Information we collect

Information you give us

When you submit a form on this site, request a home valuation, or contact us, we collect the information you enter. That typically includes:

• Your name
• Your email address
• Your phone number
• A property address, when you request a valuation
• Anything else you choose to tell us in a message

If we go on to work together, we will collect additional information necessary to a real estate transaction, such as your financing details and the terms you want in an offer. That information is handled under our brokerage's transaction policies as well as this one.

Information collected automatically

Like most websites, we and our service providers automatically collect technical information when you visit, including your IP address, device and browser type, the pages you view, the approximate region you are browsing from, referring URLs, and the dates and times of your visits.

Information from other sources

We may receive your information from third-party sources you have interacted with, such as social media platforms where you responded to one of our posts or advertisements, listing portals that forward inquiries to agents, or public property records.

• To send you listings, market updates and information you asked for
• To operate, maintain, secure and improve this website
• To measure how our marketing performs and to show you our advertising on other platforms
• To meet our legal, regulatory and recordkeeping obligations as licensed real estate professionals

We do not sell your personal information for money.

4. How we share it

We share personal information with the following categories of recipients:

• Our brokerage. Real Brokerage Technologies, Inc., which supervises our licensed activity and maintains transaction records as required by California law.
• Service providers that run this business. These include our customer relationship management system, our listing search provider, our email and text messaging tools, our website host, and our analytics and advertising platforms. They may use your information only to perform services for us.
• Transaction participants. If you buy or sell with us, information necessary to complete the transaction is shared with parties such as the other side's agent, escrow, title, lenders, inspectors and transaction coordinators.
• Legal and safety. When required by law, subpoena, regulator, or to protect our rights or the safety of others.
• Business transfers. If our business is merged, acquired or reorganized.

Some of our advertising and analytics partners may collect information about your activity on this site over time and across other sites in order to show you relevant ads. 5. Text messages and calls

If you give us your phone number, you agree that we may contact you about your inquiry by phone, text message and email. Message and data rates may apply. Message frequency varies. Consent to receive marketing texts is not a condition of buying or selling a home with us.

You can stop marketing text messages at any time by replying STOP to any message from us, and you can ask to be placed on our internal do-not-call list by emailing us at the address below.

6. Cookies and tracking

This site uses cookies and similar technologies to remember your preferences, to keep the site working correctly, to measure traffic, and to support advertising. Our listing search, video and review features are provided by third parties whose own cookies may be set when those features load.

Most browsers let you refuse or delete cookies through their settings. Some parts of the site may not work properly if you block them. We also honor the Global Privacy Control signal where your browser sends one.

7. Your California privacy rights

If you are a California resident, the California Consumer Privacy Act as amended by the California Privacy Rights Act gives you the following rights:

• Right to know. Request the categories and specific pieces of personal information we have collected about you, where we got it, why we collected it, and who we disclosed it to.
• Right to delete. Request that we delete personal information we collected from you, subject to exceptions such as records we must keep under real estate and tax law.
• Right to correct. Request that we correct inaccurate personal information.
• Right to opt out of sale or sharing. Direct us not to share your personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising.
• Right to limit use of sensitive personal information. We do not use or disclose sensitive personal information for purposes that require an option to limit.
• Right to non-discrimination. We will not deny you service, charge you a different price, or provide a different level of service because you exercised these rights.

You may also designate an authorized agent to make a request on your behalf. We will ask for proof of that authorization and may ask you to verify your own identity directly.

8. How to exercise your rights

To protect your information we will need to verify your identity, usually by confirming details you have already given us. We will respond within the time frames California law requires, generally 45 days, and will tell you if we need more time.

9. Retention and security

We keep personal information for as long as needed for the purposes described above and for as long as California real estate law requires us to retain transaction records, which is generally three years from the close of a transaction, and longer where another law requires it. We use reasonable administrative and technical safeguards to protect your information. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

10. Children

This site is intended for adults. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 16. If you believe a child has given us information, contact us and we will delete it.

11. Changes

We may update this policy. When we do, we will change the "last updated" date at the top of this page. Material changes will be highlighted on this page.
