Why me

I wore the uniform first.

I'm Jonathan Hernandez. I served in the Marine Corps before I built HomeBliss Real Estate, and my team works Southwest Riverside County, the Inland Empire and North San Diego County, which is exactly the ground a Pendleton PCS covers.

We handle the parts that make a military purchase different: video tours for buyers still at their current duty station, powers of attorney, remote signings, and straight answers about commutes, CFD taxes and insurance before you are committed to anything.

And if the answer for your situation is rent this tour, I will tell you that too.

Questions

Straight answers

Is the guide really free?

Yes. No cost, no obligation. Fill in the form and the PDF downloads right away.

Do you cover both sides, North County and Riverside County?

Yes. Oceanside, Vista, San Marcos, Fallbrook and Bonsall on the San Diego side, and Temecula, Murrieta, Menifee and Wildomar on the Riverside side. The guide compares them by gate and commute so you can decide with real information.

What if I can't fly out to look at homes?

That is normal on a PCS. We do live video walkthroughs where you direct what gets shown, work with a military power of attorney when a spouse signs, and set up remote closings with escrow ahead of time.

Do I have to use a VA loan?

No. The guide explains what the VA loan does for you, but conventional and FHA buyers use the same steps. We work with buyers using all of them.

What happens if my orders change?

It happens. How your deposit and contingencies are handled depends on where you are in escrow, which is exactly why the offer gets written with that possibility in mind. Ask me before you write one.

Are you affiliated with the Marine Corps or the VA?

No. HomeBliss Real Estate is a private company. This guide is not endorsed by or affiliated with the Department of Defense, the Department of Veterans Affairs, the Marine Corps or Camp Pendleton.
